Rock Legend

Tonight I went to see Pat Benatar perform.

Un. Fucking. Real.

I remember Hearing Pat Benatar for the first time. Mind was blown. Tonight. Again.

This was one of the best concerts I’ve seen in a while. Never mind that it is the music of my childhood, and amazing music at that. Pat Benatar’s voice is just stupendous. She is a vocal beast with unbelievable range and power STILL. She backed off a few of the high notes, but blessed few. Their music also is of a rare breed — strong storytelling through great lyrics and hard driving rock.
