A Nice Guy

He came in through my garage side door, walked right into my home. Walked into my kitchen and through my living room and down my hallway. He walked to my bedroom. My radio was on very low because it was my daughter’s nap time. I’d decided a nap didn’t sound so bad so I closed my bedroom door and laid next to my baby on my bed. And closed my eyes.

I got woken up by the chills on my body. He was running his hand up and down from head to my legs.

I tried to jerk away.

I looked for my daughter (she was still asleep).

The words he kept saying were just creepy. I tried so many things to try to get out of this. I was very scared. I was especially scared for my daughter.

I told him :

I tried to talk to him mean and then nicely. I tried so hard to understand him. I even apologized for not waving at him or saying HI when we would be outside at the same time. That apparently had been bothering him. I didn’t mean to make him feel like he wasn’t important,as if he didn’t exist.

He kept talking the whole time.

Honestly from first glimpse he didn’t look like the type to do something like this. He was nice looking and he seemed to have been a good person. Well that’s what my mother and step father would say everytime they would mention are nice neighbors.

I was a dumb scared teenager then. Now I’m in my 30’s, definitely not the same quite scared lil girl as before.
