Quarantine and Chill?

How is your quarantine going? I hope you are safe and fine.

How are you? Annoyed, irritated, and irascible? I am sure you must be and you already know that the whole world is feeling the same. Well, any word can not entirely explain how I am feeling now although it might not that difficult to make you understand because you are riding on the same boat.

When I am busy working-from-home and working-for-home if someone pings me asking how I am passing my time then it makes my mind even more furious to explain how my days are going. They are fortunate not to feel how I am feeling or they are just blessed to know how to chill. Hashtag #quarantineandchill is taking my nerves thinking of how people are chilling? When the future is bleak, the economy is down in dumps, employees around the world are worried about their jobs and the situation is aggravating day by day! To this, I get a rhetorical response from within every time — Am I a doer? Am I able to subside this calamity? And I got all my answers. To surrender is the key. Being a believer in Spirituality I surrender myself to the Universal divinity, you can surrender to the one you look up to. Having realized that I am not gifted to chill without holding questions in my mind. Now I try not to agitate my thoughts but to solve them as a puzzle. We all know that we are going through a tough time but still, there can be takeaways if we can interpret them. Throughout this period we have seen a lot, the past month was not easy and the future is dubious.

Most of us are unoccupied at home and has nothing to do but to feel dull. So I decided not to iterate the distressing news we already know. Rather come up with some suggestions which can diminish the dullness which is woven in the air.

Trying something offbeat may help to vitalize the dull lives, such as;

No wonder all these things seem insignificant but trust me these simple activities can bring a source of happiness and reduce the dullness. Try these and it will bring a smile on your face.

Apart from changing the monotonous routine, we need to keep the track of some dos and don’ts in this time –

Let us hope and pray to emerge out stronger, more empathetic, and more thoughtful after this crisis. This pandemic is a good teacher to all of us if we try to look at it discreetly. This is not something usual and the time like this bear its gains. The one who understands this would be able to surpass this time with peace. Lots of best wishes to you and prayers to the Universe to come out of this unfavorable time harmlessly.
